In addition to her work as an actress, Caroline adapts novels into plays.
On July 27th a public reading of Caroline’s Howards End will be part of the Just Add Water Festival at Portland Center Stage. Caroline will be teaching a class on July 28th as part of the festival, about how to successful play many characters within one play.
In Spring of 2020, Caroline’s adaptation of Howards End, by E.M. Forster will be a MainStage production at Portland Center Stage, in Oregon. Marissa Wolf will direct, and four actors will play twenty characters. Caroline will play six of them, including Helen Schlegel, Mrs. Wilcox, Jacky, and Miss Avery.
Caroline is currently working on an adaptation of The House of Mirth by Edith Wharton.
